Le Francesche did the flowers for our daughter's wedding in Rome. We were so impressed with the job they did! In spite of language and distance barriers, they understood her vision, and brought it to life in a way that perfectly complemented the beauty of the venue. Their flowers were absolutely lovely! Overall, our experience with the florist on our wedding day was positive, but there were a few aspects that could have been better. The florist did a good job overall, and the flowers were indeed beautiful. However, there were some challenges with communication throughout the process, which made things a bit complicated.

We also noticed that there was an unexpected emphasis on additional costs, which was disappointing. Moreover, the initial photos sent to us showcased arrangements with more flowers and less greenery compared to what was actually delivered.

Despite these issues, the final floral arrangements were lovely and added to the beauty of our special day. However, the experience could have been smoother with clearer communication and more transparency regarding costs.
