Google UPDATE AFTER BUSINESS RESPONSE:
they said they made multiple attempts to communicate with me directly. I have received not one direct email, or message on social media (my wedding is all over their instagram but have never reached out to message me to resolve this issue - funny).
They mentioned the CC dispute I filed AFTER my wedding planner & I tried to resolve this issue and receive a refund for the terrible reception display and the vendor responded offering a whole $850 as their offer to resolve this issue (I have attached that email). Important: we spent well over $15K with them so I saw this as a massive slap in the face which is why I had no choice but to go through our CC.
If they're so "committed to exceptional service" they would reach out to their bride who spent days not looking & crying at her reception photos because of how terrible it was.

it's very sad the vendor has left me no choice but to write this BEYOND disappointing review. I have been in a long dispute with Lake Como Florist for months who have been SO unhelpful in resolving my nightmare of a wedding reception.
my husband & I got married at the stunning Villa Balbiano in July. We used lake como florist for our simple ceremony floral design, and our reception tablescape which included draped chiffron table cloth & candles.
I had no issues with the floral design for the ceremony. All my issues came with the horrendous most embarrassing wedding reception tables you've ever seen.
I have attached photos of the renderings that lake como florist sent us on what we thought we were getting, versus what we actually got. I was so appalled I couldn't even believe it, tried to hold back my tears my entire wedding day.
We agreed to having a beautiful ivory chaffron draped table with thick clusters of a ton of candles that covered majority of the table. We wanted tall thin candles on candle holders & tall thick candles placed directly on the table - LIKE SHOWN IN THE RENDERINGS *THEY* SENT US!
As you see in the actual photos from our ceremony we did NOT get that. There was NOT the chiffron fabric covering and draping the tables like the renderings. Also, there was NOT clusters of candles OR candle holders to hold the tall thin candles as shown in the renderings. They actually ADMITTED in the email the day after our wedding that the "tall taper candles shown in the sketch were replaced with large tealight candles the day of the event to due an aesthetic choice"....aesthetic choice?!!! whose?! you made a DAY OF DECISION without talking to the couple?!!? It also STATES in their contract as I have attached, that "the sketch will be a 'precise representation of the table and any changes will only be made by the client'"
Also we NEVER saw rendering with the small tealight candles that sat ALONE on our tables that were blown out 2 minutes into dinner?!
They also say in the email after the event that "in order to achieve the desired drapery" shown in the sketch they "would need to purchase more than 75m" and "unfortunately they purchased all that the vendor had." Wouldn't you think you would let the couple know that their vision was not attainable due to stock issues and you would come up with a solution?
This vendors solution to all of this was telling us that we had signed a "non refundable contract" and we had opportunity to cancel which I COMPLETELY understand - however we were signing that with acceptance that we were getting the renderings that we paid for, which as you can see in the photos was NOT the case and that should have been explained.
After paying well over 15K for this, the vendor has done nothing but have the audacity to offer us "850 euros for the chiffron fabric we've found and purchases as well as the cost of the trip to a specialized shop"
COST OF THE TRIP TO BUY THE FABRIC? WOW. That was the icing on the cake. Avoid using them at all cost, it is embarrassing they even allowed this work to be tied to their name.

You ordered this fabric from a Chinese supplier, and when your planner contacted us in distress just two days before the wedding because it didn't arrived, we went above and beyond to help. Despite it being our busiest season, we personally sourced 80 out of 90 requested meters of fabric, making a specialized trip to ensure your vision could be realized. These efforts were made entirely at our expense, going far beyond any contractual obligation.
Candle Arrangements: While you originally requested and paid for 120 candles, we provided 400 candles at no additional cost to enhance your reception's ambiance. When unexpected wind conditions arose, together with your catering and venue coordinator we made a critical safety adjustments to remove tall candles to protect your guests, and substitute them with lower chunky candles, while maintaining the event's aesthetic integrity. We were fully prepared to offer a refund for the candles, but instead of engaging in direct communication, you chose to file multiple credit card disputes and publish a negative review.
Floral Design: Despite your budgetary constraints we proactively worked to elevate your design. We upgraded from chrysanthemums to roses at our own expense and included your dream Lily of the Valley bouquet—a €600 value—complimentary.
Credit Card Disputes: The multiple disputes you filed have been comprehensively reviewed and resolved in our favor, confirming the integrity of our charges and full compliance with our contractual agreements.

She came up with 3d drawings, helped come up with rain plans, and went absolutely above and beyond. She is also very willing to work with any budget. I would highly highly recommend.
