We are highly disappointed with the floral design provided by Flowers Living on our wedding day.

In short, they are not what we agreed upon and are not what was promised in the design board that Flowers Living created. The colors were incorrect, and the design quality was not what we expected.

Our design is noted to be rooted in pastel pinks and lavender, and ended up with deep purple, yellow and blue. We do not have an image of the first bouquet I received, but it was yellow and blue. It had 4 tall stalks of blue delphinium sticking straight up in a line, surrounded by yellow flowers, with eucalyptus only in the front draping down. I work in the wedding industry, and have never seen a bouquet this bad. My coordinators and I were able to work with the on-site team (Marta was not present) to edit the bouquet but it took some time. I should not have had to leave my wedding day prep numerous times just to get a bouquet that looked somewhat like what we had agreed upon.

The groom's boutonniere was yellow, a color only lightly present in our design board and looked odd on his cornflower blue suit. In fact, most of the wedding flowers were yellow and blue and not pastel pinks and purples. Flower varieties were bunched together in vases and not mixed and blended. Our arch is not pastel pinks and purples and there are less flowers in it than we expected. The colors and flower varieties for our whole event felt wrong.

To highlight positives, We loved the design we put together ahead of the wedding, and the quick email response time pre-wedding (every email post-wedding has been ignored). We appreciated that two team members were available for some requested changes of things that really needed to be adjusted, but I felt like I couldn't speak up when the entire design was so wrong. Some florals were left behind for the next day and we appreciated having them on-site. Our guests enjoyed having flowers in their rooms.

Overall we placed trust in Flowers Living to create the wedding vision, and that did not happen. We've attached some images of the florals provided. It's hard to look at some photos from the wedding without simply feeling disappointed.

I have communicated this via multiple emails and have received no response at all. I can only assume Flowers Living and Marta do not care that they have taken our money and failed to deliver. I would not recommend hiring Flowers Living.

Marta and her team at Flowers Living are the epitome of talent and professionalism combined. From the first email, Marta was responsive and helpful in helping us work on the vision for our perfect wedding just outside of Siena at Villa Catignano. Flowers Living was beyond patient when we struggled with indecision or last minute changes, and the end result of all of their work was nothing short of STUNNING. When I finally saw the table settings at the reception in person, they truly took my breath away. Somehow just over email, Marta and her team captured my dream wedding perfectly. I'll cherish the pictures of that day forever, and I can't recommend Flowers Living enough to anyone planning a wedding in Italy! Thank you so much!!

Flowers Living, booked via our wedding planners at Wiskow & White, produced the most epic wedding flowers for us. We were married on Saturdat at Villa Di Ulignano. From the semi-circle ceremony flowers, to my stunning bridal bouquet, to the ombre block colour table flowers, they exceeded all of my very high expectations. So many guests said it was the most beautiful wedding table they had ever seen! I recommend them to you unreservedly.

DO NOT work with Flowersliving if you are not a celebrity -- they will treat you like trash. In fact, your flowers won't even look like the proposal. Using Flowersliving was the worst decision we made in our wedding planning. Reading reviews below, it seems that my husband and I are not the only ones having this experience with this company.

Marta and her team at Flowersliving delivered flowers in the wrong color and style to our reception venue on our wedding day. We paid 27,000 euro for what we hoped would be our dream flowers, only to enter our reception room and see that what they had promised us in the proposal was not delivered. They told our wedding planners that they would give us a refund of 2,000 euro (very low refund but they refused to give anything more). Our wedding was in August 2024 and they still have not given us the refund as I write this on January 9, 2025. They have ignored all of our emails, but of course they are still posting on social media daily, including the owner, Marta.

Additionally, her team was awful on the wedding day. We wanted to take photos at the church RIGHT AFTER our ceremony and they refused to stop taking away the flowers, so we were not able to get pictures with the aisle flowers we paid thousands for. Again, do not be fooled by their Instagram page.

Flowersliving and Marta, if you see this, PLEASE give us our refund and make this right.

Flowers Living did the decor for my wedding in Tuscany last year and delivered exactly what I wanted. I only had one virtual meeting with them, and then sent them pictures of what I wanted. The decor and the ceremony and reception were exactly as the pictures I provided and looked amazing. Highly recommend!

We paid around £20k for our wedding flowers, and they had the audacity to make changes on their own—on the day of the wedding—without informing us. Despite spending an entire day discussing the flower arrangements beforehand, my wife immediately noticed the alterations and questioned them. Their explanation? They believed it looked better and ignored completely the agreed-upon color palette, changed the bouquets without agreement to something explicitly excluded by us, and many more details we even have agreed upon in a picture-book PROVIDED BY THEM.

If you can’t respect your clients' wishes or even apologize for overruling them, you shouldn't be working in services. We had to change the photography to black-white because of them.

Take three steps away and find alternatives—there are plenty out there. Especially in their highly-priced segment you can think of expanding your range.

We had a two day wedding in Florence in May of 2019. We visited Flowers Living in Arezzo in September of 2018 to work on our ideas with our planner from The Tuscan Wedding. Right away we felt comfortable and excited about what would come next. Marta took the time to walk us through pricing options to maximize impact in our budget and worked with us to create a special feature to decorate our mandap for the second wedding. On the wedding weekend, my husband and I were completely blown away. Everything exceeded our expectations. I will always appreciate the hard work and professionalism that went into everything that the team at Flowers Living put in. They also handled all of our decor rentals to really create a special weekend for us. We cannot recommend them enough!

Very disappointing experience with this company. While the flowers they delivered were beautiful, they did not match my color pallet or proposal and I was very much let down when I saw them for the first time. I questioned if I got the wrong flowers! The majority of the florals also consisted of colors I requested not be used. I planned my wedding from the states and communication leading up to the wedding was via zoom. It was also often difficult to schedule a meeting because they were too busy. I was offered a small compensation to make up for the mistake, however never received it. I inquired again about this refund and was never given a response.

We hired Flowers Living for our wedding in Tuscany, Italy and they did such a fantastic job with our flowers! Marta is an amazingly talented florist who is able to creatively figure out what will suit your wedding based on your style, needs, preferences, etc. We were blown away with her creativity and how everything came together. All of our guests were commenting on how beautiful the bouquets and center garland were that they had put together. She went above and beyond to make everything look beautiful!

I would give 0 stars if I could. We sent Flowers Living a deposit for almost $3,000 for wedding flowers. Our wedding got cancelled due to COVID and we were not able to reschedule. Flowers living was not willing to issue any refund at all. They would not even issue a 50% refund of our deposit. Every other vendor we used in Italy gave us between 50-100% of our money back due to the circumstances. Flowers Living, who did not have to provide any services and did not have to buy flowers, refused to give back any money at all. We all know that flowers aren't purchased months or a year in advance because they would be dead. How can a company with no cost of goods sold, and no services provided legally keep all of our money? I would recommend that you pick a different company to provide flowers for you special occasion. This company and its owners have no morals or regards for doing the right thing. Don't make the mistake we did.

We used Flowers Living for our wedding in May 2019. We were absolutely thrilled with everything. I had many correspondence with Marta on the run up to the wedding and she was so helpful and enthusiastic. She made the process so simple and easy. Together we created a board of our proposals and then closer to the wedding I provided a set up of our vision. On the day I could not believe how perfect the set up was. It matched our vision perfectly. It was everything we had dreamed of and more. The flowers were so beautiful and the whole process was so easy. We would 100% recommend Flowers Living. They provided a 5 star service from start to finish and helped make our wedding day perfect in every way.

We had our wedding at Castel Monastero who only allow you to use Flowers living which we thought was going to be an issue but it was not.
