This is the worst wedding floral company. We used them for our wedding and they lie about the flowers and decorations that they would „set up“. They charge for items and they will not show up at your wedding. Also, they will make your arrangements look like you just went to a super market to pick up the flowers and put the in the vase.
They will also say that they will work with you on pricing and give you „discount“ but in reality, they just take items out without telling you. Do not use them.

Dear Laura, we are deeply sorry to see you unhappy about your Wedding Day. From our side though we'd like to address a few important points:
-We did show up (of course). Fabrizio Vertuani, the owner of the Company and his team of florists where present since the beginning to install the flowers, making sure that everything was perfect and on time. Part of the team stayed until the end of the event to light the candles, moving arrangements and breakdown.
-Our flower arrangements follow high standards lines, we deliver what is agreed on upon sharing a personalized Mood Board. The quality of the flowers is impeccable (you are the first person complaining about them in 40 years of business).
-We never promise "discounts". Flowers have a high cost for us as well, we need to market them properly, including labor (we have a team of at least 6 people working long shifts on a single wedding, and a single event requires multiple production days).

It sounds like you actually used a different floral vendor. Anything you wrote doesn't reflect our work conduct and high quality standards. Also, we wrote to you via email following your review to check on the discomfort you expressed, and you never replied to us.
Lastly, we never had a direct dialogue with you, it was always through a Planner, therefore we figure that there must have been a miscommunication among you and the plannes about the whole event.

I will never forget the unbelievable floral arrangements created by this team and especially Elena Mencarelli for our wedding. When I say they gave us a fairytale, I truly mean it. Down to the very last detail, Elena brought every request to life. I was in awe from the moment the day began. I still cry every time I look at our photos and remember how perfect everything was.
The florals were the most important part of our wedding décor, and choosing this team could not have been a better decision. I want to sincerely thank Elena and Vertuani for genuinely caring about their clients and for making our wedding dreams come true. 🥹✨

Our expectations were exceeded in every possible way, and we wholeheartedly recommend Vertuanifiori to any couple getting married at Lake Como!

The floral design and décor on our wedding day were an absolute dream - even more beautiful than we had ever imagined. Every detail we had discussed in advance was carried out with the utmost care, and all of our wishes were perfectly taken into account. Even our special requests (like fabric draping above the dinner area) were no problem and were executed beautifully. We - and our guests - still can’t stop talking about the stunning floral arrangements, which turned out even more gorgeous than our Pinterest board!

Elena and Fabrizio, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your incredible dedication and the breathtaking work you did to make our wedding day so unforgettable! ♥️
