Ho ricevuto un mazzo di rose come regalo per il mio compleanno con consegna a domicilio. L’allestimento era davvero bello e curato, ma purtroppo i fiori già dal primo giorno non sembravano molto freschi. Il giorno successivo, hanno perso la loro forma. I gambi e le foglie erano piuttosto secchi.

Lavoro nel settore della floristica e posso riconoscere facilmente una rosa fresca da una che non lo è. Purtroppo, la qualità di questi fiori non ha soddisfatto le aspettative. Forse questo riflette non solo il modo in cui trattano i turisti, ma anche l'atteggiamento generale verso il proprio lavoro.

Over a bouquet of flowers from UK for delivery in Venice. I was very impressed with the quality of service I received. Having had a few enquiries, I received excellent and quick responses to these which helped me make an informed decision.

I added a happy birthday greeting card to my order and was expecting it to be a basic generic 'Happy Birthday' card but was very surprised and impressed with the quality and style of the greeting card that was added to my order.

Every flower was fresh, beautiful and most important, did really smile like flowers.
