For our destination wedding we have spoken with a number of florists before coming to Florence, Francesca was the best for both communication and quotation.
The communication on the wedding day was also really pleasant, Francesca came to the church right on time with exactly the flower we described to her, only better.
My wife loved the bouquet so much that she used it for photo shooting next morning and took it all the way to Rome the day after (still in very good condition), plus sent another email just to thank her after we come back.
