So grateful that we were recommended to use Fleurs Cortona for our wedding in Cortona. Marzia and her team were excellent with adjusting to some last minute changes and the flowers were perfection. They really understood my vision for our floral design and people are still talking about how beautiful it all was! Not to mention the stunning photos they took of the wedding and shared.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after my experience with Fleurs Cortona, I feel I’ve been left with no other option.

I initially booked their services and paid a €500 deposit. However, just a few weeks later, I was informed that they had been banned from the wedding venue due to concerns regarding their professionalism. As a result, they were no longer able to provide the services I had paid for.

Despite this they refused to refund my deposit, even knowing they could no longer fulfill the agreement. I had no control over their actions or the venue’s decision (which I’m sure was not made lightly), and yet I’m the one being financially penalised. I’ve made several polite and reasonable attempts to resolve the matter, and have given them several days to respond, but I am now simply being ignored.

Weddings are deeply personal and significant events, clients deserve transparency, professionalism, and respect. I sincerely hope Fleurs Cortona reflects on how they’ve handled this.

They did an amazing job for our daughters wedding! They were so helpful and were able to add things that we forgot about at the last minute. I cannot say enough about how wonderful Marzia is! We were all nervous getting everyting ready and she was so calm, which was extremely helpful!
